After 20+ years in banking, Sister Demmings is now a full-time entrepreneur. This month she took her signature Joy Bar to InvestFest 2026 in Atlanta, where she first appeared in 2025 as a John Hope Bryant Scholarship recipient. This year she returned as a vendor, serving wellness experiences like the Gratitude Shot and the Connection Cocktail to attendees all weekend alongside her husband Jerome.
She also launched her new guided meditation, “You Are the Asset,” right on the conference floor.
