Twas the night before school starts, and all through the halls, not a teacher was stirring; there were no calls.
The classrooms were ready, the cafeteria prepared, in hopes our students would soon be there.
The doors would swing open at last in the morn, a brand new school year, a new chapter born.
Tomorrow’s the day! The beginning is near!
