A Meet & Greet will begin the festivities at the roof top of the Crowne Plaza Hotel from 6:00pm to midnight. Registration will begin at 5:00pm. H’orderves will be served. Saturday, August 4, 2012
There will be a formal dinner at the roof top of the Crowne Plaza Hotel with live entertainment and a host of surprises! Registration, Individual Photos, Social, and Cash Bar will begin at 5:30pm
Class photo will be taken at 6:30pm
Dinner will be served from 6:45pm to 7:45pm
Live Entertainment from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Dancing 9:00pm to Midnight

The weekend will conclude with a family picnic from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at Hills & Dales Park
