They keep trying…

In the wake of the Supreme Court's landmark Bruen decision in 2022, several anti-gun states tried a new tactic to undermine the right to carry.

Among other things, California, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York passed laws declaring that concealed carry would be prohibited in businesses open to the public unless the business owner specifically posted a sign allowing it.

These measures quickly became known as "Vampire Laws" because they effectively required lawful gun owners to obtain an invitation before exercising their constitutional rights.

Now, the Supreme Court has stepped in once again.

In a major victory for the Second Amendment, the Court ruled that these laws violate the Constitution, reaffirming that states cannot simply invent new barriers to lawful concealed carry.

This decision could have significant implications for gun owners across the country and serves as another reminder that the fight to protect our rights is far from over.

Don’t be scammed!!!!!

If you live in Nevada you must attend training, take a written test, pass a shooting skills test then apply with the Sheriffs Office in the county which you live. Anything else is a scam and a waste of your money.
