Please create a few Happy Valentine Day cards and drop them off at the Office of the Vice Provost for Student Affairs, 224 Student Union by noon, Weds, noon Feb 12 to all be delivered in time.
Roses are red, violets are blue, our patients are excited for Valentine's Day cards from you! You remember the days of making a Valentine’s box at school and then dropping all your special cards in for everyone for your class party. Unfortunately, hundreds of kids won’t get to go to school for this party or even be at home this Valentine’s Day because they’ll be receiving treatment in the hospital. Help us bring a smile to these kid’s faces by sending them a Valentine that we will hand deliver to them on February 14! childrensdayton.org/sendvalentine

Project Linus Blanket Making Marathon!
When: April 2nd between 12pm and 7pm
Where: WSU Student Union Atrium
Join us in providing love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets. The blankets will be taken to social service agencies and shelters where children are in need of a big hug. All blankets will be hand tied, so no special skills are needed!
Our second March meeting is tomorrow in UH 062 from 2-3pm. Stop in to get your chapter update and learn about what professionals associated with GK have to say about job negotiations.
If you couldn't make it to our first March meeting time, stop by and see us in UH 062 for a Golden Key Professional Development Event and Chapter Update on Thursday, March 21 from 2-3pm.
