This client highlight shows how purposeful repetitions in the workout can translate into real game performance. The same details we train — footwork, pace, ball control, body positioning, balance, and decision-making — are the same details athletes need when the game becomes fast and competitive.

HALF CIRCLE CURVE 🏀
This workout teaches athletes how to attack with better angles, separation, and body control instead of wasting movement.

Most players struggle because they play too upright, keep their feet too narrow, or dribble with every step. High-level athletes learn how to glide, separate, and explode efficiently.

Khole 2nd workout. In the 2nd Grade but plays up in the 4th grade. Working on footwork drives out of the Jab to Hip Rotations and Inverted Drag to create space to drive out of the closeout.
3 Step Drop Footwork.
The Drop is Most important Footwork and Basketball.
Most players never learn to get there instinctively. This footwork builds that habit.
The short and wide stance will allow you to explode and creates the angle your body needs to generate force in either direction. Defenders can’t take that away from you.
The Drop also gives you a moment to feel where your defender is committed so you can read and drive right by them with the Dribble Step which creates separation on the drive.
