Dear Dayton School District Families,

Online registration for the 2026–27 school year is opening soon!

Kindergarten registration is now open.

Families can begin the registration process by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer. Registration is completed through ParentVUE, and important reminders and updates may also be shared through ParentSquare.

How to register

1. Scan the QR code on this https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xnkCxUf7xoHgcc2C9K3fyFwdDTg9eM5A/view?usp=sharing registration link or or use click here to access https://www.daytonk12.org/departments/technology/parentvue
2. Sign in to your existing ParentVUE account.
3. Select the online registration option for the 2026–27 school year.
4. Review each student’s information carefully.
5. Update any information that has changed, including:

Important ParentVUE account reminder

If you already have a ParentVUE account but do not remember your password, please select “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

Please use your current ParentVUE account rather than creating a new one. Creating a second account may cause delays or prevent you from seeing all students connected to your household.

If you are unsure which email address is connected to your ParentVUE account, or if you need assistance accessing registration, please contact the District Office.

We encourage all families to complete registration as soon as it becomes available. Accurate and updated information helps us prepare student schedules, transportation, health information, emergency contacts, school communications and other important services for the new school year.

If you have any questions or need support, please contact the Dayton School District Office at 503-864-2215 or email [email protected].

Thank you for taking the time to review and update your student’s information. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another great school year!

New program rules have expanded this year regarding who may pick up summer meals.

Only a parent or guardian may pick up meals for their household. Children are also permitted to pick up meals for themselves and their siblings.

If a parent or guardian would like another person to pick up summer meals for their household, they must give permission for that person to do so.

Permission forms are available at curbside pick-up, or you may email our Food Service Manager, Norma Huettl, at [email protected]

Thank you!

¡Gracias!
