Are you looking for a way to pay for college, build an impressive resume, and gain unparalleled leadership experience? 🎓

The Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) with Wright State University Army ROTC allows you to do exactly that. Through the SMP, students can serve in the Army National Guard or Army Reserve WHILE simultaneously participating in the Raider Army ROTC program!

It is the ultimate way to get a head start on your military career while enjoying a traditional college experience here at Wright State.

Here are the top reasons to consider the SMP route:

Maximize Financial Aid 💵 - Stack your Guard/Reserve tuition assistance, drill pay, GI Bill, and ROTC stipend to significantly reduce or eliminate college debt.

Unmatched Experience 🛠️ - Drill with a local unit once a month, shadowing real Army Officers and learning how to lead before you even graduate.

Time in Service 📈 - Start the clock on your military career now! You accrue Time in Service (TIS) for pay and retirement while completing your degree.

Non-Deployable Status 🛡️ - Focus on your studies. SMP Cadets are in a non-deployable status while completing their degree and ROTC requirements.
