Sinclair Educational Talent Search Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a pre-college program of Sinclair Community College funded by a Federal TRIO grant from the U.S. Department of Ed.

Serving students at Belmont, Dunbar, E.J. Brown, Meadowdale, Wogaman, and Wright Brothers in Dayton, OH. Educational Talent Search identifies and assists individuals from eligible backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education. The program provides academic, career and financial counseling to its participants and encourages them to graduate from high school and continue on to co

mplete their post-secondary education. We work collaboratively with Belmont parents, teachers, counselors and community outreach organizations. Educational Talent Search serves 500 students in the 8th-12th grade.
