Good morning movers! Today we’re going to talk about what happens when you fall off the fitness wagon. Due to a family emergency I haven’t been in the gym or exercised since Wednesday. And my body is definitely letting me know! However taking time for your mental or physical health is always necessary, and knowing when it’s time to get back to the grind is important. Today is that day. Gotta get back at it. Start with a good stretch this morning and then get moving! Pick up the weights, run around the block, bike to the river, just move! Your body will thank you for it! Let’s go! 💪🏼

Good Morning! ☀️ Happy Friday, not gonna lie, I hate Fridays. Lol currently my longest day of the week. However, I’m up early and about to head to the gym. I am very sore and very tired today, and honestly don’t feel like going. But I know my body well enough to know, I will feel SO much better if I get up and move! Healthy looks different on everyone. As I’ve shown you before I’m not a perfectly skinny, chiseled personal trainer. I have fat, fluff, stretch marks, and cottage cheese thighs. But I exercise daily. I am VERY strong. I put healthy foods in my body. But most of all, I try. Every day. So get up and go today. Your body will thank you for it! Let’s go! 💪🏼💪🏼☀️☀️

This is pretty much how my workout went this morning. Some days you just don’t make it to the gym. The important thing to remember is to move your body. I got out and ran to the park with my puppy! I didn’t pick up all the weight in the gym, but I still sweat out some of the holiday treats I had this weekend. Always push yourself to keep moving! And always do better tomorrow. Tomorrow I’ll be pulling double time in the gym! Feel free to join me! Let’s go! 💪🏼

This goes for a lot of things, but it applies twice when it comes to your health. Get up and move your body today.
