Students in Ms. Amos’ class spent the past week working on their creative story of shapes project. This project included a creative story and illustration, along with a substantial amount of work, measurements, and proofs to correspond to their story/illustration. It’s Gateway 6 for the win all over the school! Seniors finished their exams today and have been knocking out that last Gateway on their way to greatness! 👨🏽‍🎓👏🏽👩🏽‍🎓

Our freshmen showed up for Dayton today. 💛

They’ve been hard at work exploring how to improve life in their hometown—and today, they shared their bold, thoughtful ideas with the community.

From housing to public safety, their projects were full of heart, hope, and real solutions. And the best part? Dayton showed up to listen. Families, community leaders, and supporters packed the room to hear what our scholars had to say. 👏🏽

It was a good day. And the future looks bright! 💡

The DECA Highflyers, a cohort of 15 high-achieving students, engaged in a specialized curriculum encompassing Academic Aura, DECA Development/Values, and Creative Processing. They completed part one of the internship. 👏🏽👏🏽The student completes the second half of the project in the sophomore year. 📚The program was strategically designed to cultivate essential leadership competencies and foster self-awareness, positioning them for impactful leadership roles throughout their high school experience. 🎉❤️.
