Hi, friends. We need your help, please read through. 💜

This is a vulnerable post to make, but right now, Capabilities is struggling. As alot of businesses are right now.

We are SO CLOSE to our busy season, but frankly, our heads are barely above water trying to make it there but we are kicking with all we've got.

Owning a small business in this economy has been brutal. Rent increases, our absolutely outrageous electric bill (thanks AES) that this end-of-summer heat isn’t helping, and the plumbing saga you all heard way too much about earlier this year pretty much annihilated the savings we had set aside to carry us through our slower summer months.

Winter is when Capabilities thrives. It’s when birthday parties fill our calendar, cold and snowy days bring families through our doors, schools book trips, and we’re able to save enough to make it through the slower months.

We just have to make it there.

And this is where our almost 13,000 followers can make a HUGE difference.

We aren't asking for donations, we aren't making a Gofund Me.

We're asking you to help us get people through our doors so we can do what we do best. Award winning play. Award winning parties.

Capabilities was created to be a place where ALL kids have somewhere they belong.

There are families who rely on this space. There are kids who can walk through these doors and play without having to explain themselves, fit in, keep up, or be anything other than exactly who they are. Also, those who benefit from fieldtrips that they normally can't go on, receive medical equipment, resources, etc.

We want to stay here for them.
