While celebrating Georgia Pre-K Week, DOJO Martial Arts Studio (Mr. Michael) was kind enough to visit our school and teach our 40 Pre-K students some beginner karate skills! Our Pre-Kers practiced self-discipline, respect, coordination, balance, and gross motor skills while learning something brand new and having so much fun along the way.

GA Pre-K Week is all about celebrating early learning and the important role our families, schools, and community partners play in helping young children learn and grow. We are so thankful for community members like DOJO Martial Arts Studio who take the time to pour into our students and make their learning experiences extra special! 🧡🥋🙌🏻

Our Preschool 4 & 5 friends made their very own Apple Pies in a Cup today! They practiced following a sequence, fine motor skills, and independence as they crushed graham crackers, scooped in apples, added a plop of whipped cream, and topped it all off with special sprinkles. ✨

Our GA Pre-K classrooms had some very special visitors today! 🍎 Grandparents joined us for a sweet morning of snacks, smiles, and getting a little glimpse into their grandchildren’s world at school.
