As announced in our newsletter earlier this week, we wanted to inform you all that on May 19th we are closing our AB540 & Undocumented Student Center Opportunity Grant Application for the remainder of the academic year.
We recognize we are closing the application one and half weeks prior to the previously set deadline for the quarter and apologize if are unable to apply in time.
As always, we encourage members of our community to use our UndocuPantry, and visit our peers at Aggie Compass if you need more assistance.

Dear Community,
We hope your Spring Quarter has been flourishing and that all is well.
We wanted to inform you all that as of May 15, 2023 we are closing our AB540 & Undocumented Student Center Food Voucher Program Application for the remainder of the academic year.
At this time, we have used up all our funds allocated to assist our community through this program but reassure you that if you have already applied this Spring Quarter ‘23 and received an approval email, but have not picked up or still need to attend a community intake this quarter, you will still receive your Food Vouchers.
We apologize to any members of our community who were not able to apply in time, we recognize we are closing he application two weeks prior to the previously set deadline for the quarter. However, if you need assistance, we encourage you to reach out to us via email, so that we can find alternative way to help you.
As always, we encourage members of our community to use our UndocuPantry, apply to our Opportunity Grant if you have not done so this academic school year, and visit our peers at Aggie Compass if you need more assistance.

Hello there 🤎,
We received an email from Professor Bradford Jones who requested the following:
“There is an urgent need for hats for migrants and asylum seekers in the Arizona desert. If you have a lightly used hat that will provide sun shade or are willing to purchase a new hat that would provide UV protection, we need your help. Migrants and asylum seekers are amassing in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument south of Ajo, AZ and many are crossing without protective sun shade. They are in desperate conditions and we need to get hats sent to the border ASAP. If you can contribute, I will be setting up a receptacle at my house and will mail them to Ajo, Arizona where they will be taken to the border. The hats need to be sun protective and darker colors are preferred if possible. But anything that will protect them is fine. We are in the hottest months in Arizona and exposure is the leading cause of death. Please help if you can.”
