Happy Spring! With the weather getting nicer and nicer, it's time to get a bike to enjoy Davis! Come check out the MLK High Bike Shop to get you, your friends, or your family some new wheels.

We are open Monday to Friday from 10:30am-2:30pm, located at 635 B Street, Davis, CA. The bike shop is located at the east side of the senior center parking lot.

Our shop runs on a donation basis and students practice and learn how to repair and refurbish bikes of all shapes and sizes. We offer discounted, affordable prices on used bikes, so come get yours now!

Celebrating January's Student of the Month, Guy Casey-McKesson! Congrats buddy! So happy we could share this moment with you and Lily! After our little speech, Guy was offered a business card from a local chef!

"Guy has attended King since his 10th grade year and it has been wonderful to see him develop a person and a student into someone who is serious about his education but also enjoyable to be around. Guy has taken the opportunities before him at King, earning consistently excellent credit, and completing an internship last summer with the Bayha Group, earning money working and preparing him for future employment. Guy is outgoing and personable, getting a job with a scooter rental company by asking workers from the company on the street about their work, exchanging phone numbers even though they didn’t think the company was hiring and getting a call a week later. We celebrate the initiative that Guy has shown in not just owning his own education but also seeking opportunities in life."
