GOD is healing my during voice lessons!!
One of my students on the autism spectrum has been taking voice lessons with me, and it’s been such a joy. He’s super talented and has a natural gift for music, but used to struggle a lot with anxiety and self-regulation.
Last week, his mom told me that since he’s been taking lessons, he hasn’t needed to take his meds 🙌🏾
He looks forward to his lesson every week, and we always have a great time. Hearing how music is helping him beyond just singing reminds me why I love what I do.
Music really is powerful. 🎶
