June is Gun Storage Safety Month, an opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of securely storing fi****ms to help prevent accidents, injuries and unauthorized access. Safe firearm storage plays a critical role in protecting children, families and our community. As a school district committed to student well-being and safety, we encourage all families to take a moment to review safe storage practices and have age-appropriate conversations about firearm safety at home. Together, we can help create safer environments for every child.
