While it seems that the American healthcare debate may have subsided, the September 30th deadline is approaching. Representatives eager to repeal and replace Obamacare are scrambling again. Now, the Cassidy Graham Bill is on the table. This bill is very similar to the Better Care and Reconciliation Act that got lots of attention in July. Even though this is the second time around, it is just as important to reach out to your representatives to urge them to vote against this bill, especially the undecided senators Senator John McCain, Lisa Murkowski, U.S. Senator Susan Collins, Senator Pat Toomey, Senator John Kennedy, Senator Shelley Moore Capito.

Civilians living in ISIS controlled territory are seeing an outbreak of polio and other diseases. There is little remaining health infrastructure, and of what's left is inadequate in treating civilians. The structure of the IS governance has much to do with these faults despite their attempt to grow the IS controlled health systems.
