Thank you to our 2024-25 Student Lab Manager Team for your exceptional work in running BIG-RT!! This past year, SLMs helped BIG-RT accomplish the following:
📈 Training 750+ undergraduates in lab skills
💼 Create a professional development resource hub for BIG-RT alumni
👥 Recruit and mentor 3 new leads and 7 new SLMs for the upcoming year
📚 Begin research on effectiveness of BIG-RT and present findings at 2 conferences
👍 Gain 800+ followers on Instagram
💐 And so much more!!
