Thank you to all the amazing staff, faculty, and students who volunteered at the Math Departmentβs Picnic Day activities! It was thanks to you all that we were able to make the event such a success. The MSB courtyard was full of activities from the Math Department, Stats Department, Association of Women in Mathematics, CalTeach/MAST, and so on. We hope you all enjoyed it and want to thank everyone who stopped by to see us! We look forward to doing it again next year!

Since campus is continuing remote instruction until 1/28, there have been adjustments made to our peer advising schedule to accommodate working from home and having limited access to resources! For Weeks 2-4 (1/10-1/28), our peer advisors will host 3 weekly Zoom hangouts to answer any advising questions you may have. Once campus returns in-person, we will shift back to our normal schedule with hybrid advising! Our normal schedule is shown on the second photo. For any other questions, you may also email [email protected] since our peers check the email every weekday!

As we wrap up the Spring Quarter and the 2020-2021 school year, we acknowledge that the past year has in no way been easy for our students. As things start reopening and plans for an in-person Fall bring us optimism and faith in a "normal" lifestyle coming back soon, the math advising team would once again like to thank all of its students for their hard work this year. If you are graduating this year, congratulations! We look forward to seeing all that you do in the future. If you are not graduating, we look forward to seeing you again in the Fall and in-person. Have a great summer, and continue to stay safe!
