Peruvian Student Association at UC Davis

The Peruvian Student Association is a student organization at UC Davis.

It is a community where students can share and educate one another about Peruvian culture. We cultivate and promote an appreciation and understanding of Peruvian culture and history by organizing social, cultural, and educational activities. We plan to raise awareness about current events in Peru by hosting informational meetings. We also plan on hosting fundraisers in the area and have road trips to Peruvian social events nearby.

PSA and EWB are hosting a Peruvian Food Social this Saturday, March 7! If you want to collaborate, feel free to bring any food (doesn't have to be Peruvian). Also, make sure to RSVP by Thursday through a DM. Event details will be given upon request.

For the first meeting of the Latin American History Workshop, PhD student Renzo Aroni will present a chapter from his dissertation "From Resistance to Counter Rebellion: Making an Intercommunal Peasant Alliance against the Shinning Path in Peru". This event will be held on FRIDAY OCT. 18 at 12:30PM in SSH 4217 (History Library Room).
