Did you know? Alcohol is the most commonly used substance among college students in the U.S., and drinking too much in a short period of time can increase the risk of alcohol poisoning, injuries, and other serious health concerns.
If you or a friend ever need support, you’re not alone. UC Davis Student Health and Counseling Services offers confidential support through ATOD (Alcohol, To***co, and Other Drugs) Intervention Services, as well as Aggies 4 Recovery—a counseling group where students can connect and support each other. Both also have online resources if you want to learn more or explore options at your own pace.
