Over the next few weeks, we will post a series of blogs featuring this yearโs Policy Clinic capstone projects. Up first, students worked with CA Ocean Science Trust and CA Dept of Insurance to examine climate resilience and insurance policy to create a framework of equitable and resilient solutions that can guide stakeholders across the state. EPM staff and students joined the Celebration of Environmental Justice Leaders hosted by the Institute for Transportation Studies last Friday.
The Environmental Justice Leader Program engages a cohort of seasoned leaders within the EJ space and immerses them into the academic/ research/ policy space.
It was wonderful to learn more about the fellowโs projects and meet new people committed to environmental justice.
