🎂🎊 We would like to wish a Happy Birthday to Mrs. Stettner! 🎊🎂

Our SDCS Wolfhounds gathered for our final Mass of the school year, giving thanks to God for a year filled with learning, growth, faith, and friendship. 💚💛

During Mass, we also celebrated our Kindergarten students as they prepare to move up to 1st grade! Father Ryan invited our kindergartners to sit at the front of the church for a special homily, where he spoke about what it means to be a good, kind person and how we can follow God’s teachings in our words and actions each day.

We are so proud of our kindergartners and all they have accomplished this year. As they take this next step, we pray they continue to grow in faith, kindness, and love. 🐾💚💛

Earlier this month, our 8th grade Wolfhounds visited the George Gottlieb Holocaust Museum for a powerful learning experience. During their visit, students read Anne Frank’s motto and reflected on the importance of hope, courage, kindness, and standing up for what is right.

We are grateful for meaningful opportunities that help our students grow in knowledge, empathy, and faith. 💚💛

Honoring those who served 🇺🇸

Last night, our NJHS members attended the Honor Flight South Florida meeting, where they had the special opportunity to present representatives with the funds raised through their sponsored dress down day at St. David Catholic School.

Thanks to the generosity of our Wolfhound community, all donations were given to Honor Flight South Florida, a wonderful nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring our nation’s veterans. NJHS members also presented handmade cards for veterans participating in their next mission.

We are so proud of our NJHS students for leading with gratitude, service, and compassion as they supported those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

A Special Blessing for Our 8th Grade Class

Today, Father Ryan ended Mass with a special blessing for our 8th grade students as they prepare to reach an important milestone in their journey at Saint David Catholic School.

As they are promoted to high school, we pray that they continue to grow in faith, wisdom, courage, and love. May God guide their steps, strengthen their hearts, and remind them that they will always be part of the Wolfhound family.

Our fourth grade Wolfhounds stepped back in time during their visit to the historic Stranahan House!

As part of their Social Studies learning about Florida history, students explored one of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest and most meaningful landmarks. This hands-on experience helped bring the past to life as they learned more about early Florida communities, local history, and the people who helped shape our state.

We are so proud of our students for making connections beyond the classroom and continuing to grow as curious learners! 💚💛
