Bailey Hall at Broward College

Broward College has made the difficult but necessary decision to suspend all operations at its Venues - Bailey Hall and the Planetarium on the A. Hugh Adams Central Campus, and the Omni Auditorium on North Campus. The venues operate at an annual operating loss of $1.4million to the general fund. While the College was evaluating additional revenue opportunities to improve the operations, the impact of the COVID-19 environment negatively impacted our ability to generate revenue through the Fall and most likely through the Spring. The College will utilize this time to develop a new plan that improves revenue and offsets operational costs.
