Our next campus tour is Wednesday, October 21. We have CTE programs enrolling for an October start and also for a January 5th start. Additionally our Adult Education courses like ESOL, GED, and ABE/ASB have open enrollment year-round.

The Veterinary Assisting program will be offered on campus, full-time, M-F from 8:00am-2:30pm.

The Heavy Equipment Service Technician program will be offered on campus, full-time, M-F from 7:00am-1:30pm.

Program completers for this certificate will have the opportunity for a diverse range of positions in a number of fields such as construction, agriculture, aviation, and more. This means the salaries* will vary, as well. In South Florida the average salary can start around $40K, but may be more around $60K.
And the BLS* reports “overall employment of heavy vehicle and mobile equipment service technicians is projected to grow 7 percent from 2025 to 2035, much faster than the average for all occupations.”

Brigitte Lynn, Women of Tomorrow School Coordinator and BRACE Advisor at McFatter Technical High School, got a message from a former mentee who graduated college debt free and helped her parents buy their first home. It reminded her that encouragement is never small.
