We hold dear the Montessori concept that mastery is best achieved through an independent learner’s exploration of their environment, imitation of older students, repetition and fine tuning of motor skills and the situational awareness derived from trial and error. Pine Island Montessori is a fully licensed, National School Choice Leadership Award recipient, VPK and McKay accepting private school. We offer full time infant care, preschool and elementary. Open 7am-6pm M-F, we also offer aftercare with pick up from local schools, an award winning summer camp, day and holiday camps all on our serene 5 acre campus. Our Afternoon Exploration offers pick up from surrounding schools, staff supervised homework, crafts, sports and outdoor nature activities for your child.
