After an amazing breakfast at Abbys, Camp Kadima campers got their hands dirty while learning about Tikkun Olam—the Jewish value of repairing the world. Through planting and caring for nature, our campers discovered that even small acts can make a big difference. They explored how caring for the earth, helping others, and making thoughtful choices are all ways we can work together to make the world a better place.

Through kindness, responsibility, and caring for our environment, our campers are learning that everyone has the power to make a positive impact. 🌎✨

Week 1 of Camp Kadima is officially in the bag! ☀️

What a week it has been. From field trips and a science show to candle making, Dave & Buster’s, breakfast at Abbie’s, soccer fun and College Jersey Day, our campers kicked off summer with endless energy, smiles and adventure.

We are calling this one of the best weeks yet, but don’t worry, there is so much more to come.

Rest up, recharge and enjoy the weekend, campers. We will see you Monday for Week 2 and more “Dive Into Adventure” fun! 💙

🏆 At the recent annual board meeting for the David Posnack JCC in Davie, the Davie Police Department was honored to receive the Tikkun Olam Award for our continued service and partnership with the Jewish community. It was a privilege to accept this recognition, and we are grateful to the JCC board and staff for this meaningful honor.
