Founded by Lori Kury, M.S., CCC-SLP, the practice has built a reputation for providing exceptional, evidence-based speech and language services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Lake Norman community.

Role Description

LKN Speech-Language Pathology is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Davidson, NC. This is a part-time position with significant opportunity for growth and flexibility.

The ideal clinician is passionate about evidence-based practice, enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and adolescents, and is interested in developing specialty areas within a supportive private practice environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, literacy, and communication evaluations

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans informed by current research and best practices

• Providing engaging, high-quality therapy services

• Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to support client success

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Contributing to specialty program development and practice growth

Opportunities are available for clinicians interested in language and literacy, auditory processing, executive functioning, oral motor and feeding disorders, Gestalt Language Processing, virtual therapy, adult services, and school partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Passion for lifelong learning and evidence-based practice

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and professionals

• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred

• Interest or experience in literacy, auditory processing, executive functioning, feeding, or language disorders is a plus
