Earlier this spring, our Varsity Girls Lacrosse team took on Community School of Davidson in a Roundabout Rivalry matchup🥍💙 We loved watching their teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination they displayed both on and off the field. We are so proud of our Girls Lacrosse team, and we can't wait to see where they go next!❤️

Back in December, our younger Patriots had the opportunity to learn from our talented Upper School cheerleaders during a fun-filled camp. From practicing choreography and building new skills to being lifted high with confidence and encouragement, every moment was filled with teamwork, school spirit, and plenty of smiles.⁠

We love seeing our students come together across grade levels and create memories that last long after camp ends. Thank you to our cheerleaders for sharing their time, talents, and enthusiasm with the next generation of Patriots!❤️💙

Davidson Day School is excited to announce the hiring of Jennifer Temple as our new Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach.

Coach Temple joins the Patriot family after serving as the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Ambassador Christian School, where she helped establish and grow the program. She also serves as the Director of Lady Attack LKN Basketball, a thriving local AAU organization that has expanded from 2 teams to 7 under her leadership.

In addition to her coaching experience, Coach Temple is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. She will immediately begin connecting with our players and families as she transitions into the Davidson Day community.

Coach Temple will serve Davidson Day in a part-time role but will be a familiar face around campus as a coach, substitute teacher, and member of our athletic staff.

Please join us in giving Coach Temple a warm Patriot welcome as we begin an exciting new chapter for Davidson Day Girls Basketball!
