Important dates to add to your calendar once Tryouts are completed:
•8/4 PrepDig Sizzle- Var 12-6:00pm-Coralville
•8/5 PrepDig Sizzle-Var 9am-2:00pm-Coralville
•8/6 Jersey Handouts 4:00pm
•8/6 All player/parent meeting at 5:00pm. Min 1 parent per player required to attend.
•8/7 Program Media Day
Fresh 10am, Soph 11am, JV 12:00, Var 1:00pm in AHS gym
•8/10 First official day of the 2026 Season Practice Frsh/Soph 3:30-5:30, JV/Var 5:30-7:30
•8/13 School sponsored picture day 3:15-4:00 meet in gym at 3:15
•8/15 MAC Scrimmage day at TBK for Soph / Var likely times 8-2:00pm
•8/16 Var scrimmage day at ICW time and schedule TBD
•8/22 VAR scrimmage day at ICW time and schedule TBD

The season schedules for all teams will be updated on Bound over the next couple of weeks and I will let everyone know once those are finalized so your parents can get on and view.

Fresh/Soph open gym dates!

These dates are in addition to our summer schedule. Please check the post below for access to all program dates available this summer.

2026-27 Freshman and Sophomore open gym 5/12 and 5/19 from 5:00-6:00p at AHS. These dates will help get athletes in routine before a busy summer ahead.

Below is information regarding the summer lifting schedule along with Open Gym Opportunities that will begin in June.

Summer Lifting:
• Coach Maria Sakellaris our Sophomore Head Coach will be in charge of the summer weight training program.
• The lifting schedule starting June 1st will be Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 7:30am to 8:45am
• Anyone hoping to secure a roster spot on any team in the fall it is highly recommended to attend at least 2/3 training sessions.
• If you are a returning Varsity/JV player from last year or someone hoping to make that roster this upcoming fall...attending 2/3 sessions should be a MANDATORY expectation for yourself.
