Bud Crowder was part of the "Greatest Generation" that served our country at a time of incredible need. Bud was a pilot in the 848 Bomb Squadron of the 490 Bomb Group of the 8thWing ("The Mighty Eighth") of the United States Army Air Forces. Bud flew missions over Normandy during the D-Day invasion as well as numerous other missions during his service. We are all beneficiaries of Bud's bravery and service to our country.

Technical excellence through the use of instrumentation was one of the hallmarks of Dr. Bud Crowder. Paraspinal Thermography was one of the instruments used in Dr. Crowder's office. As an intern in his office in the 1990's I witnessed the technology first hand. Dr. Crowder used NCM's connected to ink/paper chart recorders as well as the C-2000 era version of the Titronics thermal instrument. The inventor of the Titronics thermal instrument, Roger Titone explains the evolution of the instrument.
