Well, not all the glitters is gold as they say. Also, dont count your snakes before they hatch. This baby Lucy made it full term, used his little egg tooth to slice his egg open and then sadly passed away inside the egg. Upon further inspection I realized he was severely kinked and deformed and never would have thrived had he actually made it out of his egg. When you work with life, you also work with death. Unfortunately.

Tiger Lilly, our Female Albino Northern Pine Snake (Pituophis melanoleucus melanoleucus) that we got from Envy Reptiles. The Northern Pine Snake is one of the larger colubrid species here in the United States found in Eastern States. They can grow of lengths up to 7’ in captivity feeding primarily on rodents.

And so it begins… Baby Season 2026 is off and running! Our first clutch of the year pipped at exactly 2 months @ 82 degrees. Eggs were laid on 5/10 and our first egg to pip was on 7/10. The last few pictures are of the Dam and Sire of this clutch.

So far we have 5 Wild Type Tesseras and 5 Amel Tesseras and some of those amels may actually be sunglows (Amel/hypo) but we wont know that for a little while yet. Its always such an exciting time of year when eggs start to hatch and we get to see all of the beautiful color and pattern mutations we have created on these amazing exotic reptiles!! The fruits of our labor are paying off this year too, 87 eggs in the incubator with the possibility of two more clutches and also a few more possible double clutches as well!

This STUNNING 1.1 Male/Female Pair of 2025 corn snakes has just been released from the holdbacks rack. Both of these beauties are feeding ferociously On F/T fuzzy mice and have excellent disposition inside and outside of their enclosure! Pictures do not do these justice as the colors on these are insanely vibrant!

Male1 - Sunglow (Amel/Hypo) Tessera
(A beautifully stunning orsnge with some yellows)

Female 1- Amel Tessera 100% het hypo
(Very dark rich red coloration and will be a very red adult)

Clutch number TWO from Lila and Lade which makes 22 eggs total this year! We should have A TON of Leucistic Eastern Rat Snakes (Pantherophis alleghaniensis) later this fall!! Also, we still have 4.3 Lucys left from last year as well that are all tong trained if you would like a more well established baby.
