The FCCLA State Leadership Conference took place at the Sheraton in downtown Dallas, where members participated in competitions, leadership sessions, networking opportunities, and a little sight seeing. Congratulations are extended to all competitors on their outstanding performances at the state level.
The results are as follows:
1st place, Event Management Level 1: Emmayln Abbott, Liberty Brent, Kaylee;
4th place, Interpersonal Communications Level 3: Maddie Franklin;
2nd place, Texas Toy Design Level 1: Kierra Burley - Team 1;
4th place, Texas Toy Design Level 1: Daisy Ralph - Team 2.
Additionally, notable placements include Focus on Children Level 2: Mason Downie, Bralyn O’Brien;
National Programs Level 3: Holley Danner, Madeline Largent;
Sports Nutrition Level 2: Andrea Lima, Jayden Setters, Karla Villarreal.
Abigail Lummus has qualified for the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. in July where she will compete in Instructional Video Design.
