🍂 Help Us Boost Student Spirit: Our Annual Fall Fundraiser is Here!

Hello parents, loved ones, and community members,We are officially launching our Annual Fall Cookie Dough Fundraiser alongside the Nancy Daniels Catalog Fundraiser!All proceeds from these fundraisers go directly toward supporting the extra activities, incentives, and events that boost the morale and welfare of the children right here at The Oaks. From rewarding student achievements to funding special school-wide events, your support helps us create a joyful, encouraging environment for every child.

How to Participate:
Check backpacks: Fundraising packets started going home with students last week and will continue to be distributed this week.Media Center pick-up: Students receive their packets when they visit the media center during their scheduled time.Thank you for your continued generosity and partnership in making this school year unforgettable for our kids!

Parents, Thursday September 17th, Join us with your children for McDonalds McTeacher night at the Highway 27 McDonalds across from Advent Health and Millers Ale house. The class that has the most students participate will win a Donut party. Visit with your kids teachers, and enjoy delicious food! We can't wait to see you there!

💙 Thank You, Community of Faith Church! 💙

A huge thank-you to the wonderful ladies from Community of Faith Church for thinking of our students and making another generous donation to our school clinic! 🏫✨

Because of your continued generosity, we are able to purchase much-needed clothing, undergarments, and other essential items for students who visit our clinic and may need a little extra support.

We are especially grateful that you continue to think of our school year after year, without ever being asked. Your kindness and commitment to our students mean so much to us.

We are so grateful for the continued support of the businesses and community members who continue to show love to our students, families, and staff. Thank you for all of the generous donations, support, and LOVE! 💕 We absolutely loved seeing all the smiling faces throughout our campus!

We are looking forward to planning many more family events throughout the school year, and our next big event is our Fall Festival! 🎃🎉

Dear families,

This message is being sent on behalf of Polk County Public Schools.

This is just a reminder that this Friday, Sept. 4, is an early dismissal day for PCPS students. All students will be dismissed from school two and a half hours earlier than usual.

In addition, all PCPS schools and offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.
