We are so excited to welcome our future little Dragons on July 15 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM for a special Kindergarten Round-Up experience!

Students will:
✨ Visit kindergarten classrooms
✨ Meet teachers
✨ Make new friends
✨ Participate in fun activities
✨ Start getting excited for kindergarten!

While students explore, families will attend a short informational presentation with important details for the upcoming school year.

Whether your student is new to Mater or moving up from our Pre-K program, we cannot WAIT to welcome you 💛🐉

🌞 Rise and shine, Dragon families! Summer is officially here, and while we're all enjoying a well-deserved break, it's never too early to start preparing for an amazing 2026–2027 school year! 🐉💚

Attached you will find our updated uniform flyers for Pre-K, Elementary, and Middle School students.

A few important reminders:

✅ Polo shirts with the approved school logos are required.

✅ Uniforms can be purchased now through All Uniform Wear. Don't wait until the last minute!

✅ All Uniform Wear will be on campus July 14–17 to assist families with uniform purchases.

✅ We are currently accepting gently used uniform donations. If your child has outgrown their uniforms, feel free to drop them off at the front office during summer hours.

✅ We will also be hosting a Uniform Swap for families. More information and the official date will be announced soon.

This year, for the first time ever, we are introducing our 6th Grade Launch, a special event created just for our incoming and returning 6th grade students. We know the transition from elementary to middle school can feel exciting, nerve wracking, and full of questions, so we wanted to create an opportunity to help students and families feel informed, comfortable, and confident before the school year begins.

Think of this as a middle school sneak peek! Students and families will get important information, meet staff, learn expectations, ask questions, and begin feeling ready for this exciting new chapter.

Students will get a little taste of kindergarten, meet friendly faces, explore, and begin getting comfortable with their new school environment. And parents… let’s be real 😅 this day is just as much for YOU too! We want everyone feeling ready, excited, and comfortable for the first day of school.

It will be a fun and important day, and while we still have some summer fun ahead, we wanted to make sure our incoming kindergarten families had this date well in advance.

Attached, please find our school supply lists for all grade levels. We know many of our early bird families are already getting ready to shop this summer, so we wanted to make sure you had everything in advance. 🛒✏️📚

Please remember that throughout the summer, Mrs. Bardales will continue sharing important dates, reminders, and back to school information via Social Media and ClassDojo so families can plan ahead as much as possible. 💚

As always, please note that any dates or information shared are tentative and may change as we continue preparing for an amazing new school year. We are always working behind the scenes to keep our Dragon families informed and involved every step of the way!

Please note: Our Pre-K program is a paid program, therefore a school supply list is not needed, as teachers provide classroom materials and supplies needed throughout the year. 💚

Today we are celebrating the birthday of Mrs. Towers 🥰🎉 Our incredible assistant principal and someone who has made such a lasting impact on our school. This one is bittersweet as we celebrate her birthday while also cheering her on as she steps into her new role as principal at Northwood. She has led with heart, supported our staff, and built strong relationships with our students. We are so proud of her and so excited for what’s ahead, even though she will be deeply missed here. Northwood is so lucky to have her 💚🐉✨
