Stacy and Kaylee are visiting after moving away so the gang’s all together again for a bit and we wanted a chance to teach together! Come workout and visit with us!

I’ve updated my classes to add North Scott and Bittner (starting the 17th) this summer!

This week however, I am out of town.
Thursday & Saturday are up in the air at the moment. I will update here as soon as I can find subs!
