Dauphin-Middle Paxton Historical Society

Dauphin-Middle Paxton Historical Society We are a non-profit organization with an all volunteer staff and committees. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend both of these!

The society has monthly meetings and a program on the 4th Thursday and an Open House on the 2nd Sunday. There is a museum and library housed in one of the rooms in the Old Dauphin School House. During scheduled open houses, our growing collection is open for research.

Please Join our community for our USA 250th Parade on Saturday, June 27th from 12:00-1:00pm. All are welcome to walk, build floats, etc. Come out and show your patriotic spirit for the community!
The Parade forms Saturday at 11:30AM at the Middle Paxton Public Works Building located behind the Middle Paxton Township Building/Firehouse on Elizabeth Avenue.
The Parade Kicks off at 12:00 Noon with the sounding of the community church bells!
