Second day down!

Breakfast-protein shake with spinach and almond butter.
Tizzy- detox tea and one fizz stick (coffee substitute).
Greens and digestion plus.

Mid morning snack-1 rice cakes.
Green Goddess Salad that my wonderful co-worker made with gluten free tortilla chips. SOOOOO GOOD!

Dinner- left over baked bone in chicken thigh with cherry tomatoes, basil, and salt, pepper, and oven roasted brussels sprouts over a bed of spinach. Home made avocado dressing.. delicious 😋

Desssert- chocolate protein shake with almond butter and strawberries.
And a cup of Detox Tea.

In need of a chocolatey afternoon boost? Try out this brownie recipe using the Chocolate Protein Shake Mix!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Arbonne Essentials® Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
1/2 cup almond milk⠀
1/2 cup almond butter ⠀
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda⠀
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt⠀
2 eggs or vegan substitute (flax or chia)
optional (but highly recommended) vegan chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x9 baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, and then add wet ingredients until combined.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes for a 9x9 pan or 10–12 minutes for cupcakes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
