It’s been a busy couple of weeks at MFCP with visits from Post 53, Dance on the DL, the Darien Library and the Easter Bunny. In their spare time, the kids are also loving our new pickleball court. Last weekend’s Easter Sing and Egg Hunt has left us with full hearts heading into the break. Happy Easter everybunny! 🐰

On today’s Cooking & Crafts Menu: Rainbow Fried Rice! 🌈 We tried carrots, peppers and broccoli and many of us actually liked it! 👏🥦🥕🫑👏

In Science with Ms. Carol, the children have been learning about the human body. Today they focused on the heart and lungs. Ask us all about it!

Did you know that 1 in 6 children in our neighboring communities go to bed hungry? MFCP and DUMC are supporting Filling in the Blanks by collecting cans of Tomato and Chicken Noodle Soup that will provide children with meals on the weekends. Drop your donations at the school during school hours by Friday, Feb 3. Thank you!

Our talented 2s spent their Monday morning painting and Acting Out with Ms. Karen. What a joy to watch them grow and learn!
