Grandpa's bird houses open, so you can clean them when the birds have all safely left the nest.

This house is unfinished. It's waiting to be varnished.
Grandpa designs these houses, prints them on his 3D printer using PLA filament, which is made with cornstarch, sugarcane and other sustainable ingredients. He then designs a picture-scape for each and hand paints them. Finishing them off with varnish to bear the great outdoors.

You can find his bird houses in Easton, at Everyday Vitality in Darien, or on his Etsy store : BirdHouse Art Gifts by Bob Ocegueda.

He offers these individual works of art at a generously low price of $45/each.

My dad's hand painted bird houses!

🎨Bob Ocegueda design's them, makes them with environmentally sustainable materials, hand paints & varnishes them. So you can bring more beauty and birds to your porch, window or yard.

👨🏼‍🎨A word about my dad: He's been an artist his entire life. He studied fine arts and graphic illustration in San Fransisco after he served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.

🇺🇸He was active in the anti-war movement when he returned home, with many published illustrations supporting the anti-war cause.

He made animated commercial videos for numerous companies including Xerox (remember them?!).
He's painted indoor & outdoor murals, you can find in the Netherlands and here in Wilton.

Now, in his retirement, he's enjoying creating beauty for people who want to see more of it in their lives.

My dad's hand painted birdhouses. He designs them, then makes these bird homes with sustainable materials, then hand paints them, and coats them with varnish so they will look beautiful outdoors wherever you hang them.

These are great holiday gifts! He's offering them at a remarkably generous $45/each. Each one is a unique work of art.

A note about my dad: He's been an artist all his life. Studied art in San Francisco. Has many published illustrations. Had an ongoing cartoon series in the marine publication. Latitudes & Longitudes. He does murals--you can find them in the Netherlands and one here in Wilton.
