Happy Birthday to Tristan the Ruff Way!!

First harvest of the season and the best is yet to come!!

Attention rising 7th & 8th graders in the Daphne Feeder Pattern: It's officially summer, which means we are officially kicking off the 2026 Summer Reading Challenge!

This challenge is open to all rising 7th and 8th graders in the Daphne feeder pattern, and it's an easy way for your student to continue to learn and grow over the summer break while prepping to be a part of the fun in the fall when we return to campus!

Here is a quick overview:
1. Choose your own goal!
2. Choose your own books! (And yes... ebooks and audiobooks count!)
3. Log your progress over the summer!
4. Complete your end-of-challenge survey!
5. Accept your invitation to the Summer Reading Celebration event!

All participants who complete the challenge will be recognized and invited to our Summer Reading Celebration event in the fall! Plus, all of our summer reading finishers are entered for a chance to win fun prizes. Your student won't want to miss out! Belforest Elementary Daphne East Elementary, PTO W. J. Ballin' on Belrose and 68 Ventures, thank you for allowing nonprofits the opportunity to not only support the fight for pediatric cancer patients but to also be blessed while giving. May 16th is a day that The Ruff Family will always remember!! We are grateful to our donors, families, volunteers, Refine PT and Performance, and all who cheered us on for such a worthy cause of the Baller Dream Foundation!

Next year, we will be ready!! Until then, we are grateful for the fun and fellowship that happened on Belrose Avenue!!
