Wall assisted squats - why I love this variation for clients dealing with knee pain:
• The wall provides stability and balance support
• The foam roller helps keep the torso upright and encourages proper squat mechanics
• It reduces forward knee stress while still strengthening the quads and glutes
• It builds confidence moving through a squat pattern safely

Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of my favorite humans - Olivia! 🎉🥳 Naturally, this is the only photo I have of her because we are always too busy chatting….I mean…working out 😉 she is 71 today - beautiful, STRONG, and hilarious! Thankful for her and honored she wanted to spend a portion of her birthday with me today at the gym!
