Our Community Resource Unit was recognized with an award this morning at the annual The Alabama Association of School Resource Officers-TAASRO conference. They received this honor for their partnership with Compass II Life Services in hosting the annual Battle of the Bay Basketball Game and their consistent dedication to the youth of Daphne.

Moving a school is no small task. It takes countless hours, heavy lifting, patience, teamwork, and hearts willing to serve wherever needed.

You ALL showed up with all of that and more today. You packed, carried, organized, encouraged, cleaned, and supported. Because of you, our students and staff are walking into this new chapter with excitement and confidence!
