✨ WELCOME TO THE TEAM, HANNAH! ✨

We are so excited to welcome Hannah Perry to the Next Level Tumbling team! Hannah is originally from Golden, Colorado, and recently made the move to the Gulf Coast. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Entertainment, & Event Management and brings an impressive 8 years of experience in gymnastics, youth programming, coaching, and program leadership. Hannah has led large recreational gymnastics programs, coached athletes of all ages and abilities, developed and mentored coaches, and created programs that help athletes build confidence and a lifelong love of movement. We are so excited to have her experience, passion, and knowledge at Next Level and can’t wait for our students and families to get to know her! ❤️🤸‍♀️

Levels 4 & 4.2 spent a lot of work on Handstand Snap-Down BHSs the past 2 weeks!! This is one of the most important drills for athletes to develop strong, powerful, and consistent tumbling. This teaches our athletes to create quick and explosive movement in order to transition from an inverted position into a powerful takeoff for a back handspring. Way to go girls!! 🩵👊🏻🎉

The goal is to kick all the way up into a strong, 5-second handstand, bend your elbows, look at your belly button, & roll!!! Stand up with knees & feet together!
