Sometimes the smallest moments mean the most.❤️ When a child is upset they don’t always need words-they need comfort, reassurance, and someone who makes them feel safe. They often time need a hug from the Director! 🥹Seeing how this sweet mama witnessed me stopping and taking a moment to give her daughter a hug, serves as a beautiful reminder of what Coastal Kids Academy is truly about. It does not matter to me if I have documents piled high on my desk, a to-do list that can reach far into the parking lot, or emails from DHR reminding me to submit paperwork before deadlines, I will never miss a moment to comfort a child. Teachers here are truly special. These are honestly the moments that make our hearts smile.🥰
