I can't be prouder of Brody and Daeshaun for having the courage to come battle it out at their first IKF/PKB tournament. They showed a lot of heart, learned a lot, and most importantly had a fun time doing it. Thank you again to Brandon and the whole crew and competitors who helped make this great event happen. And a special thanks to Fred, Tray, and Travis for coming out to support your fellow fighters.

Thanks, John for letting us come break your stuff. Now we're even for the punching bag lol. We had a blast! And thanks to everyone who was able to make it out. It's important to develop trust and communication with those you train with. That makes great partners who encourage your development and keep things safe when you're training to be your best. Looking forward to the next one! 😎

It's time to let out the rage on something other than each other. This coming Monday the 14th we'll be going to Shattered in Daphne to build our skills on hitting things. We'll be meeting at 6pm so there will be no class that evening. All you'll need is $20 and the desire to unleash the beast! See you all there!!!
