Honors Day Information

Day 1 of camping week….making necklaces and visiting campsites!

Today begins Camping Week! 🏕️

Our classroom will remain a structured learning environment as we review skills learned throughout the school year…just with a fun camping twist! I can’t wait to share pictures with you this week.

On Tuesday, we will enjoy our in-school field trip with Dr. Doug Bunn from Bunn’s Bees! Students will learn from an expert, taste honey, observe a working hive, participate in hands-on activities, and more. If you have not yet sent in a small donation to help cover costs, please do so if you are able. A contribution of $1–$5 would be greatly appreciated.

Wednesday is Honors Day! Children should dress their best. Our program will begin promptly at 8:15 in the gym. Afterwards, I will have a sign-out sheet available if you choose to celebrate your child’s special day together.

There will be no newsletter this week. I will simply send reminders and updates as activities happen throughout the week.

Lastly, thank you for an incredible Teacher Appreciation Week. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, generosity, and support this year. Thank you for loving and spoiling me!
