We can't wait to welcome our students back for the first day of the 2026–2027 school year!
To help make your morning a little easier, here are the times school doors will open:
Boyle County High School: 7:35 a.m.
Boyle County Middle School: 7:30 a.m.
Junction City Elementary: 7:20 a.m.
Perryville Elementary: 7:25 a.m.
Woodlawn Elementary: 7:35 a.m.
The first day of school always brings a little extra excitement—and a little extra traffic—as many families choose to drop students off. Please plan to leave a few minutes early, be patient, and allow extra time for arrival.
Additional staff will be outside at every school to help direct traffic, welcome students, and make those first-day nerves a little easier. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we kick off another great school year.

🏆 Celebrating Career & Technical Education Student Success at Boyle County High School!

We are incredibly proud of the students who recently achieved major milestones in our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs by successfully passing their End-of-Program (EOP) assessments, ASK Business Exams, and AAFCS Industry Certification tests!

These accomplishments represent countless hours of hard work, hands-on learning, problem-solving, and dedication to developing real-world, career-ready skills. Whether in business, family and consumer sciences, or other CTE pathways, our students continue to demonstrate excellence both inside and outside the classroom.

By earning these credentials and certifications, students are gaining valuable experience that will benefit them in college, future careers, and beyond. Their commitment to success reflects the bright future ahead for Boyle County students.

We're gearing up for another summer of FREE MEALS to all kids 18 & under! ☀️

The kids will be home and hungry 😁 and we are ready to feed them! Help offset the high cost of groceries with free food from the Boyle County Schools Food Service team. Our meal kits are full of breakfast, lunch, and snack items for your family - absolutely FREE!

Every child is eligible for their own bag, which contains 10 days' worth of meals. Items include fan-favorites like uncrustables, string cheese, muffins, juice, cereal, pizza, fruit cups, milk, chips, yogurt, and much more!

There are NO income or school enrollment requirements. Simply register each child in your care and pick up drive-through style on the dates listed below. Registration information will be released mid-May, so be on the lookout for additional information!
