The fine arts team would like to congratulate our students for being included in the VA250 exhibition at the Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History. The exhibit, honoring the 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation as well as Virginia’s contribution to America’s history, features artwork from students across the district, and will be on display until July 12th.

Artwork from Arnett Hills includes collaborative pieces by our 4th and 5th graders, as well as individual pieces from the following students:

As we wrapped up National School Library Month our students participated in the Who am I? book character contest. Congratulations to Erik Robbins and Bryson Keith for guessing the character Froggy. And our Gator Card winner for April is 2nd grader Lorenzo Blanks. He visited the library 10 times and his name was drawn as the winner. Congratulations to these students!
